What is Pnutso?

Pnutso is an app that features a non-traditional buying experience allowing you to get more for less by taking matters into your hands and allowing you to win prizes, decide on products’ prices, and vote for the next deals.

 

What platforms can I access Pnutso on?

Pnutso is accessible on our app and on our website platform. Is Pnutso available on Android and IOS? Yes. Pnutso is available on the IOS App Store and Google Playstore for Android.

What countries is Pnutso available in?

Pnutso HQ is based in the U.A.E. – Dubai providing its services globally focusing on the Middle East, & the Gulf region.

 

I am not located in the U.A.E. Can I still place an order?

Yes. You can still place an order outside of the U.A.E. You will be charged extra international shipping and customs charges, throughout our partner courier DHL.

 

How do I create an account?

Click on the top-right profile icon in blue to open the sidebar. Choose the register button. Fill in the details and follow the steps as required. Congrats! You are now a registered member of Pnutso.

 

Can I create multiple accounts?

You may not create multiple accounts. Each individual has their unique identity and is limited to their own account in their own name. You may create a different user profile associated with a different email address and details.

 

Can I add or edit delivery addresses?

It is possible to edit your delivery address. You may add delivery addresses in your profile section or in your cart before checkout. You can edit your saved addresses at any time in the same manner.

 

What is the Dream List?

A Dream List is a feature to give you the option to save your most preferred items/deals. It can be viewed from the Dream List tab. You can add items to your Dream List by favoriting them - clicking the heart on the top right corner of each deal. You can move items later from your Dream List to the cart to buy them immediately.

 

Do I have to register on Pnutso?

It is better to register to enjoy the complete shopping experience and utilize all platform features.

 

How do I change my email address on my account?

You can change your email address on the app. Please login into your account and click on account settings to change your email address. You must verify your new address before you use it.

 

Do I have to create an account before I use the app?

It's not necessary to have an account to view the app. However, you must create an account to use all the features and benefits of the app.

 

How do I find my purchase details and coupons?

You can access and view all purchase details and coupons on the app by clicking on the coupons tab. All purchases details and coupons will also be sent to the registered email.

 

How can I change my password?

You can change your password on the app. Please login into your account and click on settings to change your password. You’ll be asked to verify your old and new passwords before the change takes place.

 

How can I set up my Pnutso account?

Click on the top-right icon in blue to open the sidebar. Choose your language and currency of preference. Then register to save your preferences and settings. Select the Register button. Fill in your details and follow the steps as required. Congrats! You are now ready to use Pnutso.

 

Can I edit my details on my Pnutso account?

You can always edit your email address, mobile number, and password. However, you cannot change any other personal details like your name, etc.

 

Will I keep receiving notifications from the app if I sign out?

You will receive notifications after signing out to keep you updated on non-personalized deal notifications and any ongoing promotions. However, you can always turn off the notification option from the setting menu.

 

I forgot my password. What should I do next?

Select the option ‘forgot my password’ on the login page, use your registered details, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

What payment methods do I use to purchase my order?

Pnutso accepts credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay to make purchases for orders. However, we do not accept cash on delivery orders.

 

How do I add a card to my account?

You can add your card details during registration or within your profile information. And as a second option, during the checkout process, you can fill in any other valid card details you choose to pay with; thus, card details will automatically be saved against your account. You can then use the same card for future purchases.

 

Do you accept cash for payments?

We do not accept cash on delivery for any offers. All payments should be made in advance via Credit/Debit Card and Apple pay only.

 

I want to delete my Pnutso account.

You can delete your account at any point of time from the settings menu. You will be asked to choose the reason for deleting your account that will help us enhance our services.

 

Why do I receive push notifications and emails from Pnutso?

Push notifications and emails are sent to you to keep you updated on our new bundles, closing bundles, unlocked products, and any ongoing promotions.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges- all product prices are inclusive of VAT.

 

Is there a delivery fee?

There is a delivery option that encounters an additional fee. The delivery fee charged varies based on delivery location during the checkout process.

 

Where can I find the price of the added VAT on the item?

The exact amount of the added VAT on the items can be seen in the breakdown of the purchase invoice during checkout.

 

I received the wrong product at delivery. What should I do?

What currency can I use to make a purchase?

We accept purchases made in the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and US Dollars (USD) only.

Once processed, the order cannot be refunded or canceled.

There is no minimum order for delivery service. However, a delivery charge will be added based on the location.

When you choose the pickup option for your purchases\prizes, you will receive a message with all the details to guide you throughout the process.

 

How do I know if I have won something?

You will be notified via notifications on the app as well as an email will be sent to your registered email address.

You can access and view all previous winners\draws on the app by clicking on the draw’s icon.
